Осінь була щедра на зустрічі офлайн, незважаючи на складнощі, пов'язані з війною. Служба соціально-психологічної підтримки Кропивницького міського центру соціальних служб провела семінар на тему "Психотравма та спричинені нею розлади" для студентів - майбутніх психологів Центральноукраїнського державного університету імені Володимира Винниченка.

Це тільки початок знайомства з цією глибокою темою,яка завжди була, а наразі особливо актуальна для людей допоміжних професій. На зустрічі обговорювали, що ж таке психотравма, процес її утворення та дія на психіку та життя людини.

Розглядали зв'язок колективної травми (за приклад був взятий Голодомор) на індивідуальну, умови зцілення від травми.

Семінар був проведений в укритті ( тому що на його початку почалася повітряна тривога), але це не завадило всім учасникам заходу в дружньому просторі з цікавістю сприймати інформацію, обмінюватися думками і задавати питання.

Звісно цей семінар тільки розпочав екскурс в цю тему, часу було замало, але ведуча семінару встигла звернути увагу на важливі акценти: кожна реакція на травму є нормальною; спеціалісти,які працюють з травмою, теж потребують допомоги ( супервізіїї, турботи до себе та своїх потреб); підтримка суспільства постраждалих, повага до них та співчуття є надзвичайно важливими.
