20 жовтня, у Кропивницькій міській раді стартувала серія тренінгів для підвищення життєстійкості через пошук ресурсів подолання хронічного стресу воєнного часу “Як бути Ок, незважаючи на складні обставини”.

Зрозуміло, що наразі в Україні немає жодної людини, яка б не перебувала в стані хронічного стресу, і добре, якщо люди самі звертаються до психологів, але здебільшого кожен тримає свої переживання в собі.

- Я вдячна всім працівникам міської ради, які попри жахіття війни, мають мужність залишатися в Україні, знаходять в собі сили справлятися зі стресом і працювати - це нас відволікає, часом на роботі ми навіть перезавантажуємося. Зрозуміло, що нам треба зберегти і трудовий колектив, і трудовий потенціал, саме тому і прийшла ідея провести такі тренінги, - наголосила керуюча справами виконавчого комітету міської ради Світлана Балакірєва.
